Article 4 — Contest Period

The Contest runs from Saturday, May 24, 2026, at 12:01 AM (Paris time, CET) through Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Paris time, CET), inclusive. Any entry recorded before or after this period will be void and will not be eligible for any prize.

Article 5 — Selection of Winners by Scoring Jury

The winners of the Contest are selected by a jury composed of members of the Spora team designated by the Organizer's Chief Executive Officer. The jury will conduct the evaluation and selection between July 1 and July 7, 2026.

Selection is carried out according to a scoring methodology developed by the Organizer and based on the following criteria: (a) the quality and completeness of the answers provided in the survey; (b) the relevance and consistency of the declared smart home profile; (c) the alignment with the priority user profiles identified by the Organizer for the development of SPORA.

The detailed weighting methodology and the precise identification of priority profiles remain confidential, in order to preserve the integrity of the Contest and the quality of future contests organized by the Organizer.

The eight (8) participants with the highest scores are designated as winners of the prizes described in Article 6: the highest score wins the Grand Prize plus one free Alpha access; the second- and third-highest scores win the Mid-Tier Prizes plus one free Alpha access each; and the fourth- through eighth-highest scores win the Entry-Level Prizes plus one free Alpha access each. The fifty (50) participants with the next highest scores receive early access to the Alpha version of the SPORA platform.

The list of winners and their scores are recorded by the Organizer and retained for twelve (12) months for evidentiary purposes. The jury's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Article 6 — Prizes

The prizes offered are as follows:

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value, in particular if the originally planned product becomes unavailable, without such substitution being open to challenge by the winner. Prizes may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for their cash value, for another prize, or assigned to a third party.

Shipping costs to the winner's address are borne by the Organizer. For winners residing outside metropolitan France, the Organizer reserves the right, where applicable, to offer a gift card of equivalent value in lieu of the physical prize if shipping costs or customs constraints so warrant.

Article 7 — Prize Delivery

Winners are notified individually by email at the address provided upon entry, within seven (7) days following the jury's selection.

The winner has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notification email is sent to confirm acceptance of the prize, provide a postal delivery address and, where applicable, choose among the options proposed. Failing a response within that period, the prize will be deemed declined and forfeited. The Organizer may then, at its discretion, award the prize to the next participant in the jury's ranking.

Prizes are shipped within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the winner's acceptance. The winners' first names (only) and cities may be published on the page spora.thinkz.ai or on the Organizer's social media, for transparency purposes, to the exclusion of any other personal data.

Article 8 — Fraud Detection

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Contest, without notice or compensation, any person who fails to comply with these Rules or who attempts to manipulate the outcome of the selection by any means, including in particular the creation of multiple accounts or email addresses, the use of bots or automated scripts, or the provision of false statements as to age, residence, or any other element of participation.

The Organizer also reserves the right to bring legal action against the perpetrators of such conduct.

Article 9 — Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any malfunction of the internet, of the servers hosting the survey, of telephone lines, or of any technical connection preventing the proper operation of the Contest, where no fault can be attributed to the Organizer.

The Organizer's liability is limited to the retail value of the prizes offered. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance of a prize.

In the event of force majeure, exceptional circumstances, or any cause beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Contest, without its liability being engaged on that basis.

Article 10 — Amendment of the Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, in particular to adjust the prizes, extend the duration, or incorporate any regulatory change. Any amendment will be published on the page spora.thinkz.ai with a clear indication of its effective date.

Entries submitted before the effective date of an amendment remain governed by the version of the Rules applicable at the time of entry, unless the amendment is more favorable to the participant, in which case it applies automatically.
